Concordia Service Representatives
Brodie was raised on the west coast of Scotland and was active in both cruising and competitive racing growing up. He earned his undergraduate degree from Glasgow University and was already experienced in boat building and repair before moving to the United States in 1962.
He continued to develop his knowledge of the marine industry in a variety of positions at Pearson Yachts and at O'Day Corporation. Returning to school, he earned his MBA from Harvard in 1967 and worked for several years in management positions around the Boston area.
Ultimately, Brodie was able to fulfill a personal goal of running his own business in the marine industry.
He joined Concordia in 1978 and purchased the company in 1981.
Since that time Brodie has kept Concordia adapting and developing to meet the demands of changing times. Recognizing that customer satisfaction is the critical driving force behind successful service companies, Brodie has made customer service a main priority, taking into consideration how the company can effectively accommodate the special needs of each customer and boat we service. Recently, Brodie's focus has been upgrading the boatyard facilities and further developing his team of professionals. He is truly committed to the success of the boatyard and can be found here hard at work nearly everyday year-round.
Stuart MacGregor joined Concordia, and the Customer Service Team, in the Fall of 2004.
Stuart uses his experience in painting and fiberglass, carpentry and rigging to help customers get the best service for their boats. He has been a valuable addition to the service team at Concordia.
Stuart graduated from Tabor Academy in 1990, received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond in 1994 and earned his M.A.T. from Manhattanville College in 1999. In his seven years of teaching, he built working relationships and worked closely with families. He is applying these skills to Customer Service at Concordia, proving daily that the key to building successful working relationships is consistent communication.
Stuart has been racing and cruising out of Padanaram his whole life. He went to sailing school and racing team at the New Bedford Yacht Club, raced at Tabor Academy, and has worked as crew on racing boats. He recently rebuilt and refinished Rhodes 19 #512 for local racing with his family.

In his new role, he manages projects, coordinates work between departments and acts as a Primary Customer Contact. He also works at dealership relationships, and continues to stay active working on occasional projects. Previously rebuilding a Matthews 54 as a live-aboard, Steve spends most of his free time on the water in KEEPER, his Pursuit 30. His sailing experience has included several long distance deliveries, cruising routinely with friends, and chartering in the Carribbean. Steve lives in South Dartmouth with his partner Leigh.
